...and writing and illustrating another.
I've found that settling into actually working a real job where I get paid to be creative is exhausting. I still have nights and weekends to create what I want to, and believe me that's a long list, but I seriously don't have energy to work on anything. Which is a problem. A big problem.
But while I figure out how to deal with that, I'm working on finishing illustrating a picture book for a friend and attempting to finish up the picture book I started about a year ago for my typography class. My friend's book is about a cute little tiger who is shy about his artistic talent. Mine is about a cute little alien who crash lands on an underwater world. Seriously big difference between the two, especially in how I'm approaching the illustrations.
I'm also attempting to finish my novel...but we won't talk about that

So, yeah, life isn't exactly as simple as I thought it would be with a lack of homework. Hopefully I'll adapt to this new schedule quickly enough to get stuff done.
